At SilverPoint, we make every effort to provide the highest level of service to our customers we possibly can, and we take that commitment very seriously.
As many of you know, we have experienced a steady growth rate this past year, and have had a number of exciting changes take place, and we want to make sure our customers are kept up to date with the changes happening with our team.
Along with the growth we have had this past quarter, we have recently hired a senior technician, Chris Madge, who has already started with us, on March 1st. Chris has been brough into our team to help with our projects and deployments, allowing us to more efficiently service your support needs.
Most of you know our local Swedish import, Mats Stromvik, whom he has been a integral part of our team and our success to date. Mats recently received an opportunity which he could not pass up, which is seeing him make a career change out of IT all together, and into a new industry. While we will miss him greatly, we wish him all the best in this new venture.
With the loss of Mats, we have in turn hired Chad Damon, who will be joining our Support Team full-time later this month. Chad has worked in IT for mid-sized corporations in the past, and will be bringing that experience with him.
As is normal, you will see the new team members being brought around with Rob Gjertsen, to familiarize them with your environments, as well as allowing you to meet them and know their faces.
