From Our Family to Yours

2012 has been a year of exciting growth, and wonderful change for us at SilverPoint.  Our new offices are serving us very well, and we are grateful for the wonderful location which we now call home.

As the festivities of the upcoming Holiday Season draw near, a moment of pause and reflection reminds us all, of just how very lucky we are.

It is in this moment, we would like to express to each of you, our continued deepest thanks and appreciation for being a part of our lives this past year.  With your support, our family has continued to grow into an organization of which we are very proud, and we thank you for being part of it as we move forward.

Whether you say Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, or Happy Festivus for The Rest of Us - from our family here at SilverPoint Systems, we wish you the very best this season has to offer, to you and your loved ones.

As the Holiday Season approaches, we wanted to inform you of our Holiday Hours.

December 24: 9:00am - 1:00pm
December 25: Closed - Technicians NOT Available
December 26: Closed*
Dec 27 - 28: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Dec 29 - Jan 1: Closed*
January 2: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Basic Support Requests (non-emergency)
As always, please do not email our staff directly, but instead send an email to our Support Desk (support@gosilverpoint.com).

This will create a ticket automatically, and our on-staff technicians will respond back to you as quickly as they are able to do so.

Priority Requests (including emergencies)
If you have a business impacting issue, please call our Support Desk (604-200-2234 option 3).  This will put you in touch with a member of our team as quickly as possible.

If there is no answer when you call, please make sure you leave a message (voicemail messages are distributed to our team) as we will call you back as quickly as we are able to do so.

* - On days we are closed, we consider ourselves on call.  For emergency purposes, you can call our cellphones (numbers below).  However on Christmas Day, we are not available.

It's a Girl!

It is with great joy we announce that on the afternoon of October 18, Marcail Grace Boyes was welcomed into the world by her parents, Cam & Heather, as well as her older sister, Kasmira.

Mother and baby are both well, and we do our best at the office to keep a ready supply of coffee close to Cam's desk.

A few months ago, we were thrilled to learn that SilverPoint had been nominated as "Entrepreneur of the Year" here in Langley, and that we were one of three finalists in this category.

It was very humbling to have been recognized by our peers in the community, and we were thrilled to take part in the 2012 Business Excellence Awards dinner in October.

Our congratulations go out to the winner of the category, Frosting Cupcakery Ltd.

Increased Security

We take the security of your data very seriously, and wanted to update you on the improvements we have made here at the office to safeguard your personal data.

After much consideration on the matter, we felt it a wise decision to outsource the guarding of our crucial data to the most qualified individuals out there - and who better qualified than a couple of guard dogs!

Oscar "The Phantom" Garcia (bottom) & Cali "The Shark" Gjertsen (top) are on Security Patrol on a regular basis, picking up on any clues and breadcrumbs that may be left or dropped, and are always at the door ready to lick interrogate any visitor intruder who may appear at our door.
