Testing Done for a Reason
Dear Customers,
We have been working to integrate our billing processes into our ticketing system over the past few months, and as such have been running a number of tests with this integration.
During our testing yesterday, a database glitch caused our system to send invoices to a handful of our clients in error.
If you received an email from me yesterday regarding an invoice (these would have come directly from my email address of rgjertsen@gosilverpoint.com), please disregard that message.
